About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Belmont Lavan. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading digitization projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage digitization projects, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, project teams, and external partners
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a project manager and business developer for digitization projects
  • Good experience in leading virtual competence teams, including work with digital tools such as Microsoft365
  • Very good ability to document and present complex information in Swedish to a varied audience
  • Be very driven and be comfortable making decisions to move the project forward
  • Swedish citizenship to be able to be security classified if necessary
  • Experience of IT projects in the public sector
  • Good ability to communicate in English
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in IT project management of digitization projects in healthcare
  • Good knowledge of agile working methods
