Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will play a central role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap, aligning business needs with development efforts, and identifying cross-product opportunities in close collaboration with the Production and the business Product Manager.

You will lead a team of Customs Experts, Tech Lead, Business Analysts, and Testers, prioritizing tasks and ensuring a customer-focused approach. Your key responsibilities will include managing service uptime, addressing incidents and problems in line with PostNord's ITIL processes, and handling Application Management and Life Cycle Management tasks.
