Job Description

Collen AB - Stockholm is hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Gavle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration and cost management, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with architects and/or clients;
  2. Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects, identifying opportunities for cost savings;
  3. Assist in establishing client requirements and feasibility studies;
  4. Perform risk management and value analysis to ensure optimal project outcomes;
  5. Advise on procurement strategies;
  6. Identify and develop responses to commercial risks;
  7. Prepare and analyze costings for tenders;
  8. Allocate work to subcontractors;
  9. Provide advice on contractual claims;
  10. Write detailed progress reports;
  11. Value completed work and arrange payments;
  12. Maintain awareness of current building contracts and their implications;
  13. Understand health and safety regulations.

This role requires strong time management and communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer applications and report preparation.
