Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Director. Your responsibilities may vary depending on the project's nature and stage, but may include:

  • Bills of Quantities and Tender Documents: Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or client.
  • Cost Analysis and Reporting: Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work, valuing completed work and arranging payments.
  • Feasibility Studies and Client Requirements: Assist in establishing client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
  • Commercial Risk Management: Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks.

Applications should be submitted in English, and strong time management and communication skills are essential for this role.
