As a Senior Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure sustained commercial success and client satisfaction for ongoing HARMAN initiatives. You will work diligently to meet customer expectations and collaborate closely with client counterparts to maintain and expand existing business with favorable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and communicate the commercial feedback from clients for ongoing initiatives Oversee commercial agreements and facilitate negotiations with clients for secured business (e.g., APR, CR, customer claims) Monitor client satisfaction across all levels and implement corrective actions as necessary Strive to meet commercial objectives (revenue, EBIT, Cash Flow) for your client programs Manage client change requests and guide them through the internal approval workflow Ensure continuity of secured business through program extensions and subsequent initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 2 years in the Automotive sector Comprehensive understanding of Automotive OEM organizations and their processes Strong grasp of P&L statements, business cases, and contracts with automotive OEMs Basic technical knowledge of Automotive hardware and software systems

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management Experience collaborating with relevant customers/OEMs Background working with Tier 1 suppliers of products such as audio, infotainment, connectivity, and ADAS
