Job Description:

As an Investor Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's financial narrative and building strong relationships with our investors. Your primary responsibility will be to manage investor communications, including earnings releases, financial presentations, and investor meetings materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Manage Investor Communications: Create and distribute earnings releases, financial presentations, and investor meetings materials that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  2. Manage Investor Relations Calendar: Coordinate quarterly earnings cycles, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and presentations to maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
  3. Market Analysis and Insights: Monitor and analyze market trends, financial consensus, investor sentiment, equity story, and competitive positioning to inform our investment decisions.
  4. Collaborate with Finance Team: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and disclosures that meet the highest standards of transparency and accountability.
  5. Build Strong Relationships: Foster relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders to promote our company's growth and success.
  6. Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain strong organizational and industry expertise by monitoring analyst publications, conference transcripts, and earnings materials of peer companies to stay ahead of the curve.
  7. Compliance: Ensure all investor communications comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in investor relations, financial communications, or related fields within a publicly listed company, preferably in the Swedish market.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish, strong financial acumen, ability to develop and maintain relationships, high level of proactivity and accountability, proficiency in Google Workspace and relevant investor relations software/tools, adequate understanding of Nasdaq Stockholm and market abuse regulation (MAR).
