About the Role:
  • As an Associate Democracy Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Constitution Building Programme's mission to strengthen democratic institutions and processes worldwide.
  • You will work closely with our team to manage content and dissemination for ConstitutionNet, generate and promote quality content, and drive innovation and coordinate technical support for the site.
  • Additionally, you will contribute substantively to the research and development of constitution building knowledge resource products.
Responsibilities:
  • Edit Voices from the Field Series of original articles – including identifying issues for articles, managing and editing contributions for publication, and dissemination;
  • Identify, summarize, and upload updates on constitutional reform from around the world;
  • Compile and disseminate a monthly newsletter;
  • Manage and update other content on the site, including Country Profiles;
  • Propose innovative new features for ConstitutionNet;
  • Coordinate regularly with the ConstitutionNet technical team to ensure clear organization and functioning of the site.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
