About the Role:

As a Compliance Officer, you'll develop and oversee monitoring programs to ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards. You'll conduct compliance risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive monitoring programs to track compliance performance
  • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and support on compliance-related queries from colleagues
  • Participate in New Product Approval Process (NPAP) assessments to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Create and deliver training programs to enhance compliance awareness among employees
  • Manage Juni Technology's governance framework to ensure effective decision-making
  • Draft and review policies to ensure alignment with current regulations
  • Manage Juni Technology's regulatory reporting frameworks to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Oversee the financial crime risk assessment methodology to prevent fraudulent activities
  • Develop Juni Technology's Horizon scanning framework to anticipate emerging regulatory trends
  • Prepare and submit compliance and regulatory reports as required
  • Serve as the internal liaison between internal audit and the business to facilitate effective collaboration

Qualifications:

  • A law degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in a second-line defense role within the financial sector
  • At least 2 years of experience in an AML/CTF first-line defense role within the financial sector
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Practical experience with payment-related regulations
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
