We're now looking for a highly skilled Promotion Coordinator to join our commercial team. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to develop and manage a profitable assortment of products, with a focus on maintaining strong supplier collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop an Annual Marketing Program: Collaborate with suppliers to drive growth and profitability based on the category plan.
  • Negotiate Campaign Spaces: Work with the Category Manager to secure campaign spaces and discounts with suppliers.
  • Plan Dynamic Discounts: Ensure campaign spaces and dynamic discounts are in place for each supplier.
  • Monthly Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with selected suppliers in consultation with the Category Manager.
  • Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor trends and competition within the business area.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Relevant degree in marketing, economics, purchasing, sales, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the grocery industry and a genuine interest in food.
  • Sales Experience: Experience in sales, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Analysis Skills: Experience with Nielsen data, analysis, and reporting is a plus.
