About the Role

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Digital Product Owners, Marketing, and Sales teams, as well as IT roles like Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, and Business Process Liaisons, and external vendor partners.

The international team you will work with consists of colleagues who also work as business analysts and delivery leads. This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and reports to the IT Manager Digital Customer Experience. However, there is a possibility for the right candidate to be located in Munich, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive digital IT solutions and projects as a delivery lead.
  • Apply your knowledge of digital services, including eCommerce, CMS, and Digital Marketing, to facilitate workshops and capture business requirements.
  • Work in Agile digital Product Teams with business product owners, architects, and tech teams.
  • Define User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and perform UAT.
  • Own the technical solution and drive improvement of incident resolution, stability, and InfoSec.
  • Manage team capacity, budgets, and report progress.

Requirements

  • You have a university degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • You have knowledge and technical understanding of eCommerce, Websites, portals, and Digital Marketing (MarTech).
  • You have experience analyzing and breaking down problems and information.
  • You can handle ambiguity and multiple activities, quickly shifting from one situation to another.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and senior stakeholder sessions.
  • You are fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • You are willing to travel 10%.
