About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing commercial legal services in a technology-enabled, data-driven corporate environment. They will be responsible for identifying and analyzing legal issues, drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on commercial lawyer with exceptional communication skills to develop their career within a large corporate setting.

About the Role
  • Experience with Commercial Contracting: The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial contracting in a sales organization and a desire to build a legal career within a large corporate setting.
  • Contract Review and Negotiation: They will review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of European customer-facing and partner agreements, primarily complex software and information licensing agreements.
  • Technical Legal Knowledge: Excellent technical legal knowledge in contract and commercial law, particularly with SaaS products and solutions.
  • Negotiation and Drafting Skills: Excellent negotiation and drafting skills, with the ability to positively influence behavior of multiple stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and resolve legal issues.
