About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Quality Leader to drive our quality efforts.

This role involves coordinating deviations in SAP, conducting root cause analyses, and compiling statistics for management.

As part of our team, you will work closely with various departments to ensure quality standards are met and improvements are implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage deviations in the SAP system.
  2. Drive root cause analyses to identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
  3. Compile and analyze quality statistics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Present quality reports and analyses to management.
  5. Collaborate with departments to ensure quality standards are followed.
  6. Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant education in quality, engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience in deviation management and root cause analysis.
  3. Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience with statistics.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish.
