This Deviations and Compliance Specialist will be responsible for managing deviations in the SAP system and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Job:
  • Register, follow up, and close deviations in the SAP system.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify the underlying causes of deviations.
  • Propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence of deviations.
  • Analyze quality statistics and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Presents quality reports and analyses to management, providing recommendations for actions.
  • Collaborates with various departments to ensure adherence to quality standards and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Education in quality, engineering, production, or a similar field.
  • Experience in deviation management and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with statistics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and preferably Swedish.
