  • Analyze quality statistics and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Presents quality reports and analyses to management, providing recommendations for actions.
  • Collaborates with various departments to ensure adherence to quality standards and processes.
  • Participates in internal and external quality audits and contributes to improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures and guidelines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to quality activities.
  • Assist in the development of training programs for employees.
