Skillhuset seeks an experienced Business Analyst – Requirements and Test Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing requirements, testing, and producing user documentation for our projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, software testing, and quality assurance. You should be able to work independently and take initiative to ensure progress according to schedules.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, testers, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in Swedish is required, both orally and in writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and document requirements for InLane together with relevant stakeholders.
- Work in close collaboration with developers and other project members to ensure that developed requirements are realizable at a reasonable cost.
- Ensure that developed requirements maintain a sufficiently high level of quality, allowing implementation to commence based on these.
- Participate in tests (functional, regression, and system tests) by creating test cases, performing verifications, and logging test results.
- Participate actively in acceptance tests with relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings with other project members.
- Participate in sprint planning with other project members.
- Produce user documentation and possibly training material, and conduct training courses.
- Collaborate closely with other business analysts, developers, and testers.
Requirements:
- Experience as a business analyst for IT systems.
- Experience in software testing and quality verification.
- Experience in producing and managing test cases and test plans.
- Attention to detail and a genuine interest in requirements and quality assurance.
- Good understanding of software development and related activities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to ensure progress according to schedules.
- Well-developed communication skills and ease in collaboration.
- Proficiency in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as the work includes producing user documentation and possibly training new users.
- Experience with Document Management systems is meritorious.
- Experience with agile working methods is advantageous, as the project follows SCRUM to some extent.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar requirements/test case/issue reporting tools is desirable.
- Familiarity with Word and Excel.
