Job Description:

The Software Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development lifecycle of software programs in the planning, development, launch, and closure phases. This includes managing technical interfaces with customers and stakeholders, as well as ensuring that all software deliverables meet the required standards.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: A PhD degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. A proven track record of success in systems engineering, requirements management, and leadership within the technology industry is essential.
  • Leadership and Communication: The ability to articulate vision and influence decision-making outcomes with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers is crucial. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are necessary to explain complex technology concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from requirements to delivery, is essential. The ability to solve complex design issues and take calculated risks is also vital.


Benefits:

HARMAN offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
