Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Stryker Group. As an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on Stryker's products while ensuring compliance with the quality system and manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and check electronic/mechanical Stryker products.
  • Complete annual checks and calibration according to MDR on customer sites.
  • Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records and access technical information.
  • Assist the regulatory affairs department/customer to action product recalls, field safety notices, and field action notices.
  • Fulfill service contracts with planned maintenance.
  • Support the installation of Stryker systems on customer sites.
  • Perform software and hardware upgrades.
  • Efficiently and thoroughly document service activities for internal and external reference.
  • Ensure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
  • Escalate opportunities and issues in appropriate team meetings.
  • Ensure excellent follow-up on all customer-initiated issues.
  • Ensure service provided is invoiced if not under warranty.
