Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding after-sales service for our radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maximum customer satisfaction.
  2. Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues related to our products.
  3. Installation and Integration: Install and integrate our radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for customers in your region and occasionally in the EMEA region.
  4. Troubleshooting and Calibration: Troubleshoot complex software solutions in hospital environments remotely or on-site and perform routine calibrations as well as preventive maintenance services.
  5. Training and Education: Educate customers, particularly physicist teams, on Brainlab products and provide additional training through collaboration with our dedicated trainer team.
