About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Oral Care Field Team in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving Usage & Recommendation amongst Dental Health Professionals in Sweden, developing the practice through face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and educational lunch meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly report to the Field-Sales Manager and drive Usage & Recommendation amongst Dental Health Professionals in Sweden.
  • Develop the practice via face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, samples, educational lunch meetings, and occasional attendance at Dental Congresses, Trade Fairs, and Scientific Exchanges.
  • Be the expert on product knowledge, prevention (dental environment), and clinical research.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and improve the P&G presence in Dental Offices.

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for customer service and selling, with strong relationship building and service-minded attitude.
  • Ability to work autonomously and plan to achieve targets in a fast-changing environment, making independent decisions and prioritizing tasks.
  • Desire to learn and develop to become a subject matter expert, including reapplying feedback.
  • Digital literacy and knowledge of Salesforce, Pitcher, Microsoft Office, and Power BI are desirable.
  • Presentation skills are essential, as presenting educational content to a large audience is an integral part of the role.
  • Valid Driving License for Sweden.
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and good English communication skills, both written and oral.
