The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in maintaining CRM systems, proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Power Pages, and fluency in Swedish. Additional requirements include documented expertise in Ungapped or similar marketing tools and competence level 4 (9-12 years).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the contact person for various departments using the CRM system.
  • Informing, training, and supporting staff in system usage.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks in the CRM system.
  • Configuring, customizing, and developing CRM functionalities with the business.
  • Conducting minor development tasks within the CRM system.
  • Managing CRM data, including imports, exports, cleaning, and merging.
  • Documenting the client's CRM system and advising on its future development.
