Our Neuromodulation Division is dedicated to developing innovative treatments for chronic pain and movement disorders. We aim to enhance the quality of life for patients worldwide with our cutting-edge technologies, including spinal cord stimulation (SCS) and deep brain stimulation (DBS) systems.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tender & Commercial Manager to join our team in the Nordics and Baltics region.
This role involves managing tender submissions, providing education and coaching to sales and marketing teams, and leading strategic tender shaping projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial and tender management principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective tender strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the Nordics and Baltics region.
- Manage tender submissions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to support business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a university business degree or equivalent, significant experience in commercial and tender management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
