The Role

In our Abbott Electrophysiology Division, we're seeking a skilled Field Technical Engineer to support our clients in Sweden. This critical role involves providing expert technical guidance and support, focusing on implantations, follow-ups, and troubleshooting high-voltage and low-voltage stimulation devices.

Responsibilities

- Deliver clinical consultations, training, and support to ensure optimal product usage in clinical settings.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, therapies, and industry developments within the electrophysiology space, including competitor insights and market trends.
- Collaborate with the EP sales team to provide technical expertise and support.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and events, delivering product demonstrations and addressing technical inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in electrophysiology or cardiology, or an equivalent clinical background.
- In-depth knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology would be a significant asset.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and deliver effective solutions, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable traveling extensively and working autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
