Job Overview

This position plays a vital role in the Logistics Finance team, focusing on finance planning and performance management in a defined cluster of countries within Europe and Middle East region.

The primary objective is to manage CS&L Shipping P&L lines, driving financial success and productivity growth while ensuring cost targets are achieved and goals met.

Main Accountabilities

  • Collect, analyze, and report finance data to support business growth, strategic decision-making, and regional business strategies.
  • Collaborate with local operational teams to deliver excellent finance support, drive business partnerships, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial control environments, ensuring compliance with policies and accounting principles.
  • Provide critical financial insights and data analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.
  • Lead projects to improve efficiency, drive innovation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation.
  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team culture, promoting personal development, professional growth, and collaboration among Finance peers.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrate technical expertise in financial planning, performance management, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Show business acumen and understanding of consumer packaged goods industry dynamics, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Exhibit leadership skills, effective communication, and collaboration across a large regional or local public company.
