Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Planning Lead to join our Logistics Finance team, focusing on finance planning and performance management in a defined cluster of countries within Europe and Middle East region.

The primary objective is to manage CS&L Shipping P&L lines, driving financial success and productivity growth while ensuring cost targets are achieved and goals met.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective finance planning and performance management processes to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with local operational teams to deliver excellent finance support, drive business partnerships, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish and maintain robust financial control environments, ensuring compliance with policies and accounting principles.
• Provide critical financial insights and data analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.
• Lead projects to improve efficiency, drive innovation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation.
• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team culture, promoting personal development, professional growth, and collaboration among Finance peers.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Demonstrate technical expertise in financial planning, performance management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Show business acumen and understanding of consumer packaged goods industry dynamics, including market trends and competitor analysis.
• Exhibit leadership skills, effective communication, and collaboration across a large regional or local public company.
