Marketing & SCM Process Innovator

As Marketing & SCM Process Innovator for Hankook Tire Sweden AB, your will be responsible for:

- Leading SCM Function: set up the Personal KPI for SCM(incl. Operating) and evaluating; update Role and Reponsibility of SCM; representative of SCM Orgarnization

- Stratergic Planning related to SCM: planning for Logistics Operating; inventory Management; analize and report the Result vs Plan; SCM Related Issue managing; invoice Varification for Logistics

- Managing 3PL Service Provider: management KPI of 3PL Service Provider; conduct and manage the annual stock taking; SOP(Standard Operating Procedure) set up related to SCM; manage Operational Meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, annual closing for Logistics

-Ad Hoc Report

-Setting up marketing initiatives for each Nordic countries together with Marketing Manager

-Managing and setting up purchase & selling prices by brand, by segment and by country together with Price/Product Specialist

-Monitoring and agreement on marketing budget set-up and execution of budget

Your work assignments

For this assignment we are looking for you with at least 5 year experience at SCM or Logistics. Preferably hold a degree within business administration or SCM.

Analytical Skill and Insight. Sufficient user of the office package. Fluent in English and Korean and prefirably Swedish.
