About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Advisor to join our team at LOEWE's NK Stockholm store. As a Client Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and exceeding our client-service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service Excellence: Provide personalized and engaging client experiences, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with us.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, including fashion, art, and culture, to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and store objectives, ensuring seamless communication and a cohesive client experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Participate in visual merchandising activities to maintain a visually appealing store environment that reflects LOEWE's brand standards.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, ensuring that products are efficiently stored, organized, and maintained.

Requirements

  • Proven Client Service Experience: Demonstrate a track record of delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of fashion, art, and culture, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, with a strong ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with Swedish being a strong asset.
