The Opportunity
We're currently seeking an experienced Field Clinical Engineer to join our Electrophysiology Division in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update technical knowledge of products and therapies to deliver exceptional support.
- Work closely with the EP salesforce to drive business growth and success.
- Represent our brand at exhibitions and events, showcasing our products and expertise.
Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field, such as biomedical engineering or a related science.
- Prior experience in electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management, or equivalent clinical experience.
- Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology is highly valued.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
