Quality Engineer Project Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer Project Lead to join our team at Koenigsegg Automotive AB. As a key member of our Quality Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track quality deviations in each program, directing subsequent tasks to relevant stakeholders and following up on progression to ensure quality targets are met.
- Create and maintain quality assurance plans, identifying validations and quality gates needed to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage escalated quality issues from Production Quality & Supplier Quality through Q-council.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management system (ISO9001) and implement control plans and associated documentation effectively.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a good communicator who can navigate through all layers of the organization effectively and stay committed to reaching your goals. You will have great attention to detail and possess strong problem-solving skills as well as business acumen.
Requirements
- Educational degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field.
- Previous working experience within Quality Engineering or similar, as well as hands-on experience within Project Management, APQP.
- Additional certifications in Quality Assurance, such as Six Sigma, and experience from working in the Automotive Industry will be considered meritorious.
