About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our innovative energy solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the vision, development, and growth of our products, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed customer expectations while delivering commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Development: Define and drive a product vision that aligns with our mission and business goals, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs and commercial opportunities.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Develop products that solve real customer problems and enhance their experience, gathering insights, identifying pain points, and translating these into innovative solutions.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ensure that product decisions take into account both customer satisfaction and business outcomes, working closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to create products that are commercially viable and scalable.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery, bridging the gap between technical and business teams.
  • Market Growth and Expansion: Identify market opportunities and drive product initiatives that support our expansion, ensuring our platform meets the needs of a growing customer base and adapts to market dynamics.
  • Quality and Performance: Take ownership of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch to post-launch performance, ensuring our products meet and exceed quality standards, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering customer-focused products.
  • Product Development Expertise: Strong background in product development, with a deep understanding of the intersection between hardware and software.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, with experience balancing customer satisfaction with business objectives.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies and a focus on continuous improvement.
