About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Specialist for KYC Services to join our team at Nordea. As a Senior Expert in Financial Crime Prevention, you will play a critical role in governing, improving, and supporting the KYC Services processes for Business Banking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate group-wide and global guidance into clear and comprehensive work instructions to support effective and proportionate management of financial crime risks.
  • Stay close to operations and provide support and guidance to key stakeholders, including Process Managers and Business Areas.
  • Drive continuous improvement with impact assessment and implementation of instructions and processes.
  • Participate in relevant projects, drive initiatives, and serve as a speaking partner to stakeholders, including KYC RM, GFCC, GL, and team members.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of KYC Processes with operational experience in performing Due Diligence in the Corporate KYC process throughout the lifecycle.
  • Experience working with the creation and governance of processes and instructions.
  • Experience in implementation, training, and operational delivery.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Nordic language skills are a plus.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
