You'll be responsible for developing and driving the territory sales vision and strategy, while developing a team of Account Managers to achieve success.

You will work to drive growth in new business opportunities and ensure profitable revenue through strong collaboration, business acumen, and a strong sales focus.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the commercial results in the Northern Europe region.
  2. Prepare and deliver monthly business reviews and execute on priorities to achieve sales quotas.
  3. Develop and execute annual sales strategies per country to achieve set short-term and long-term results.
  4. Identify, evaluate, and recommend national/channel-specific distributors in the region.
  5. Mentor and develop sales team commercial competence through regular field visits.
  6. Prepare monthly and quarterly activity and business reviews of the region.

Qualifications

  • Extensive life science sales experience (ideally 7+ years).
  • Ideal minimum 2 years proven sales leadership experience.
  • Microbiology experience or any scientific or sales experience within the food industry would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
