About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most strategic clients. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth through collaboration and strategic account planning.

  1. Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of global key accounts.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand business within existing accounts.
  3. Client Understanding: Build a deep understanding of clients' needs and challenges to propose innovative solutions.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong track record of successfully growing and developing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
