The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage day-to-day communication operations, engage employees through compelling messaging, and act quickly and effectively during crises.

The Corporate Communications Manager will play a critical role in shaping the internal narrative, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring timely, transparent communication with our employees.

This role will also contribute to strengthening group.one's employer brand and support effective communication during periods of change or crisis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Messaging & Engagement: Oversee daily communication to ensure alignment with company culture, values, and goals. Create and distribute clear and engaging content including for emails, newsletters, and intranet updates to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Employee Communication Channels: Manage internal channels (intranet, newsletters, town halls, Slack) to ensure clear and consistent messaging. Assist leadership in communicating organizational updates and maintaining transparency.
  • Crisis and Change Communication Management: Work with leadership to manage organisational change and crisis communications, ensuring messages are clear and empathetic. Prepare the company for crisis communication with resilient channels and processes. Support external crisis communication efforts when needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience and relevant qualifications in corporate communications or internal communications in an international environment.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing on internal communication and employer branding strategies within a fast-paced organization.
  • Experience with working closely with senior leadership on sensitive issues such as change and crisis.
