We are a team of around 500 people in IT, and we are growing in the coming years to create the conditions for Sweden to double its electricity production and meet its climate goals by switching to fossil-free energy. To achieve this, we will use the latest technology to increase the capacity of our infrastructure and accelerate the development of systems, digitalization, and processes.
About the RoleThe IT-Driftcentral team is part of the IT Infrastructure and Drift department and is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the IT systems that support Svenska Kraftnät's operations. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 9 experienced professionals who work together to ensure the high availability of our IT systems 24/7.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging the team's capabilities to deliver high-quality IT services to Svenska Kraftnät.
- Developing and improving the IT-Driftcentral function to meet the needs of Svenska Kraftnät.
- Optimizing incident, request, and problem management processes to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Driving automation and efficiency initiatives within IT-Driftcentral.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve IT-Driftcentral's performance and efficiency.
We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in team leadership, IT service management, and incident management. You should have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes through IT. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership or a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 1st or 2nd line support for Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Experience with IT service management tools and processes.
- Experience with incident, request, and problem management processes.
- Experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
