About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead and drive a portfolio of high-impact urban water projects. This key leadership role involves ensuring excellence in project execution, contributing to strategic development, and shaping innovative solutions that make cities more livable and water-secure.

Responsibilities include managing project delivery to time, budget, and quality, ensuring contractual legal and commercial matters are dealt with according to company requirements, and supporting project managers to meet project targets. Additionally, the successful candidate will mentor and coach project managers in professional management of large projects, negotiations with clients, and fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

Key performance metrics include project turnover, GBU chargeability, project gross margin percentage, and quality compliance level in projects portfolio.
