We are in search of a dedicated Infrastructure Solutions Engineer who is committed to engineering excellence and thrives in dynamic environments.

To excel as an Infrastructure Solutions Engineer, you should ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Strong knowledge and experience as a full-stack infrastructure/technology expert with a background in MS Windows Server or Linux systems.
- Proven experience in developing innovative and fully automated infrastructure/technology platforms.
- Familiarity with Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) technology.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell), as well as common development concepts such as Git, CI/CD, and working with REST APIs to empower engineers and developers to utilize our services.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with DevOps teams across the organization to architect, onboard, automate, and troubleshoot infrastructure/technology.
- Knowledge in server management, monitoring, and dashboard creation within an enterprise environment.

The Infrastructure Solutions Engineer we seek should possess:

- Relevant maintenance and development experience in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
- Proficiency in operating and utilizing Windows Server and Linux systems.
- A passion for automation programming.
- Alignment with IKEA's core values.

We believe you have extensive expertise in infrastructure automation, including infrastructure as code. We value knowledge of hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI/Nutanix). You appreciate diversity as a strength and enjoy collaborating with various cultures in a truly global setting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:

- Manage daily operations for HCI support.

- Participate in the development, provisioning, operation, and life-cycle management of core infrastructure solutions through automation and self-service capabilities in our global operations.

- Ensure and review systems compliance with legislation, policies, or other requirements.

- Take responsibility for collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders throughout the organization to develop product/service design and technical roadmaps.

- Establish necessary dashboards for visualizing our service metrics such as usage, cost, and compliance to enhance our efficiency.
