Sweden Based HR Specialist for Yara Europe

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to employees and managers by addressing inquiries not just through task execution, but also through proactive consultations. This includes overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring a transparent, compliant, and seamless experience for managers, candidates, new hires, and departing employees.
You will ensure compliance with Swedish HR legislation, including proper documentation of guidelines, deviations from regional processes, and necessary internal communication. Additionally, you will serve as the key contact for sensitive HR matters, such as compliance, disciplinary issues, and other legal HR concerns, collaborate with unions and relevant stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing efficient and effective support to employees and managers
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle
- Ensuring compliance with Swedish HR legislation
- Serving as the key contact for sensitive HR matters
- Collaborating with unions and relevant stakeholders
We are looking for a strong and independent HR professional with excellent knowledge and understanding of Swedish labor law and collective agreements, including GDPR and HR compliance. If you have experience working with recruitment selection tools, data analytics tools, and HR Information Systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus), and possess strong collaboration and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
