About the job
As an HR Generalist at Telavox, you will play an important role in optimizing HR processes, ensuring accurate data flow between HR and payroll, and providing first-line HR support to our employees and stakeholders. You will work closely with our HR Business Partners and teams to implement digital HR solutions and drive operational efficiency.

A typical day in this role involves:

  1. Supporting payroll preparation by maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate data flow, acting as the point of contact for payroll-related questions.

  2. Managing and developing HR daily operations.

  3. Managing and analyzing HR master data in our modern HR system to ensure accuracy and high-quality data management.

  4. Ensuring HR solutions and employee data remain secure, complying with data protection laws and regulations.

About you

We're looking for an HR Generalist with a strong HR administration and payroll background. You're detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple HR processes. Experience with HR systems, payroll, and compliance is key, along with a passion for improving workflows and exploring digital solutions.

Competencies:

  1. Experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist, ideally in a digitalized HR environment.

  2. Knowledge of data protection laws, payroll, and taxation.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues.

  5. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

  6. Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written.

  7. Ability to manage multiple HR processes and priorities simultaneously.
