Key Account Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Key Account Manager to join our team at Benifex. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with some of Sweden's largest companies.

Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction and retention through strategic account planning and relationship management. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience and promote new features to strengthen customer engagement.

  • Manage commercial relationships with enterprise customers, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize customer success and enhance platform usage through data analysis.
  • Promote new features and strengthen customer engagement through collaborative efforts with internal teams.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Solid experience in Key Account Management or a similar commercial partnership role, preferably with Enterprise customers.
  • Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Relevant degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and purchasing departments.
