Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate Field Action (FIA) and Line changes/Reworks, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Improvement (PI) engineers and relevant stakeholders to address issues and implement necessary modifications.
  • Act as a connection between PI engineers and other departments, including Purchasing, Planning, Legend Division (Aftermarket), Program, and testing teams.

  • Develop comprehensive plans and schedules, plan and control budget, track progress, and address any deviations to meet project milestones.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in aftermarket service operations, automotive engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of change management processes and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
