About the Role

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Digital Product Owners, Marketing and Sales leaders, as well as IT roles such as Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, and Business Process Liaisons. You will also collaborate with external vendor partners.

The team you will join is international and consists of colleagues who work as business analysts and delivery leads. This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and reports to the IT Manager Digital Customer Experience. However, there is a possibility for the right candidate to be located in Munich, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive digital IT solutions and projects as a delivery lead
  • Bring expertise in digital services, including eCommerce, CMS, and Digital Marketing, to facilitate workshops and meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis
  • Work in Agile digital product teams with business product owners, architects, and tech teams
  • Define User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and perform UAT
  • Own the technical solution and drive improvement of incident resolution, stability, InfoSec, and more
  • Manage team capacity, budgets, and report progress

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Knowledge and technical understanding of eCommerce, Websites, portals, Digital Marketing (MarTech)
  • Experience in analyzing and breaking down problems and information
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple activities, quickly shifting between situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitating meetings, workshops, and senior stakeholder sessions
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Willing to travel 10%
