About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Head of Ecommerce to lead and optimize our global online direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategy and sales. As a key member of our team, you will take ownership of sales performance across our digital platforms, including online marketplaces.

You will work closely with our brand marketing and IT teams to craft a seamless digital customer experience and implement best practices across global digital sales operations. This is a hands-on role where your ability to both strategize and execute will be critical in shaping the future of our online DTC operations.

Your Background

You have 5+ years of experience in online DTC sales management, with a proven ability to develop data-driven strategies that drive growth and enhance customer experiences. You excel in cross-functional leadership, working closely with brand and IT teams to deliver consistent digital experiences.
