Test Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Leader to join our team at Alstom Transport AB. As a Test Leader, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing test activities in alignment with applicable Test & Commissioning procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Test Planning and Execution: Prepare and execute test plans, protocols, and records in accordance with project routines and directives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including installation leaders, commissioning managers, and work package owners, to ensure smooth test execution.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review test-related documentation, including test instructions, protocols, and records, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all test activities are conducted in accordance with applicable quality standards and procedures.
- Travel and Site Work: Travel to different sites in Sweden and abroad to conduct tests and perform site work as required.
- Experience and Certifications: Documented experience as a Test Leader (Ibruktagandebesiktningsman - Signal) in Swedish railway signalling projects with certificates issued by the Swedish Railway Authority (minimum I, Y Interlocking 95).
- Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, proficiency in Office suite of tools, and high level of computer literacy.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Personal Qualities: Grit, rigor, initiative-taking, and problem-solving orientation.
