We are seeking a skilled Plant Sourcing Expert to lead our direct and indirect materials procurement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives that drive operational excellence and cost efficiencies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for direct materials and professional services.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, terms, and quality.
  • Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and feedstock dynamics to anticipate changes and drive value.
  • Manage spend tracking and propose budgets with clear savings targets.
  • Implement multi-sourcing approaches and conduct regular tenders to enhance supplier competition and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Significant purchasing experience in an industrial or FMCG environment.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably M3.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of risk management and responsible sourcing practices.
