About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty and Service Project Manager to join our team at Hitachi Energy. As a key member of our Global Center of Competence for Power Quality Service, you will be responsible for managing Warranty and Service projects, including technical and commercial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple ongoing Warranty and Service projects for the Power Quality portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, both internal and external.
  • Handle a wide range of tasks within projects, such as fault investigations, coordination of site activities, and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team, suppliers, and customers to manage and resolve quality issues for assigned projects.
  • Oversee operational and financial reporting for projects, driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Work closely with global teams and local operation units to support customers worldwide.
  • Deliver projects according to customer expectations within budget and expected quality standards.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong HSE, quality, and integrity mindset.
  • Organized, structured, and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to prioritize and take responsibility for project deliveries.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal; other languages such as Swedish, Spanish, or German are considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in project management and/or the Energy Sector is an advantage.
