Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in Stockholm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and contributing to financial planning and system improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and contribute to financial planning and system improvement projects.
  • Implement and maintain accounting controls, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with IFRS, K3, and relevant legislation.
  • Collaborate with the business controller and wider organization to ensure proper implementation of accounting policies, improve systems, and manage ERP processes related to costs and inventory.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, financial control or similar.
  • Degree in accounting, business or similar.
  • Professional qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CPA) or similar are a merit.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with good knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Effective communication skills in English, Swedish is a plus.
