We dream big – for our company, our customers, and our employees – and we hire the best talent worldwide to help us bring our vision to life. As Head of Accounting EMEA, you will be responsible for delivering EMEA's final accounting statements for around 40 legal entities, together with your team.
You will have two direct reports and a finance team of 25 people in EMEA. Sinch Finance department is currently going through a big transformation, which provides a great opportunity for you to have a significant impact on Finance Operations and Sinch as a whole.
The role involves managing a team of two Chief Accountants, being accountable for delivering financial statements, defining and following up on KPIs, and identifying competency needs and planning competency development for the team.
Key responsibilities include leadership, project management, and process management. The ideal candidate is a commercially and business-focused accountant with a visionary and strategic mindset, yet with strong hands-on ability and understanding.
