Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Lead to join our team in Global Business Services. The ideal candidate will drive growth and development in new and existing portfolio, identify opportunities for expansion, and foster strong relationships with current and potential partner organizations across Electrolux.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve goals of GBS, cost optimization for Electrolux, and growth.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in partner organizations. Lead services acquisition efforts, including prospecting, presentations, design, and transitions.
  • Solution Offering: Understand partners' needs and business challenges to provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet partners' needs and expectations.
  • Service Development: Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential partner organizations. Work with cross-functional teams to develop charging models and service level agreements.
  • Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance service offerings and services portfolio. Manage and nurture relationships with key partners to drive collaborative opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set and track performance metrics and KPIs for business services to partners. Follow-up service delivery KPIs to identify improvement opportunities within service offer.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the GBS at sector events, conferences, and networking functions and stay updated on sector developments, best practices, and emerging trends in global business services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, or a related role, with a strong focus on global business services.
  • Language: English, knowledge of other European language will be an additional advantage.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the global business services market and its dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills, and an 'always improve' mindset. Strong change management skills and knowledge of tools (i.e. ADKAR) with the drive to 'make change happen'. Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Able to manage multiple tasks/projects, priorities, and deadlines. Detail-oriented yet able to have a grasp of the bigger picture. Strong project management skills (Agile an advantage).
