In this role, you will coach and support a team of around 6-10 Network Technicians, working together to ensure that Saab develops and maintains our secure IT environments in an efficient manner, while following the requirements that may be imposed on us as a company. You will work together with your team according to the DevOps principle. To thrive in this role, we see that you constantly strive to streamline, improve, and simplify the daily work of the technicians. You will work together with your manager to drive and develop the team through coaching and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize, initiate, and follow up on tasks within our agile work methods.
  • Identify and drive improvement projects and smaller assignments.
  • Develop and compile materials.
  • Organize workshops and meetings.

We are looking for someone with a good ability to interact and collaborate with different types of people. You are structured and enjoy keeping things organized and tidy. As a person, you are communicative and analytical, able to see things in context, and not afraid to come up with new ideas. Additionally, you are also unpretentious and have a solution-oriented approach. We also see it as an advantage if you have a broad technical IT knowledge. In this role, business trips within Sweden may occur.

Minimum Requirements:

To thrive in this role, we would like you to have:

  • Several years of work experience in a leading role as team lead or equivalent.
  • Good IT knowledge and preferably experience of agile work methods within operations and maintenance.
  • Experience of DevOps and ITIL.
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
  • It is an advantage if you have worked with ServiceNow.

The position requires that you undergo and pass the security clearance according to the current regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has a requirement for security classification, this may, in some cases, require a specific nationality.
