About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team at Opera Software. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the first stage of the recruiting process, identifying and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including professional networks and job boards.
  • Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Partners to determine position requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of candidates.
  • Support with other administrative parts of the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and obtaining references.

Requirements:

  • Education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong passion and interest in recruitment and talent engagement.
  • Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing) is a must.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a changing environment.
